You can delete your TalkZeno account and its data at any time, in the app or on this page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1: in the app
Open TalkZeno → Profile → Delete account → confirm.
Option 2: on this page
Use this if you no longer have the app. Enter the email and password of your TalkZeno account.
Forgot your password, or signed in with another method?
Email support@techmasti.com from the email address you registered with, using the subject “Delete my TalkZeno account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your email address, password, display name and profile details
- Your notification tokens
- Your AI conversations, their transcripts and feedback
- Your progress history (daily speaking time), blocks, ad-reward log and upgrade requests
What we keep, and why
These records remain but afterwards refer only to an anonymous “Deleted user” account, not to you:
- Records of calls with other learners (time, duration, topic) — they are also the other person’s history
- Credit, plan and purchase records — for accounting, refunds and fraud prevention
- Safety reports about conduct — to protect other users
Server logs are kept for a limited time for security and then removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have Pro or Premium, cancel it first in the Google Play Store app under Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, so you are not charged again. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
