Questions, answered
Is TalkZeno really free?
Yes. The Basic plan is free with no time limit and no card needed. Pro and Premium are optional monthly subscriptions if you want more credits and features.
Are my calls recorded?
No. Calls between learners go directly between the two phones. We don’t record them and we don’t store the audio. You can report or block anyone at any time.
Who am I talking to when I use the AI partner?
An AI model that runs on our own servers. Your conversations are not sent to third-party AI companies. AI replies can occasionally be wrong, so treat them as practice, not professional advice.
Which phones and countries is it for?
TalkZeno is coming to Android through Google Play. It’s built for learners across India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Afghanistan and the Gulf countries.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → TalkZeno → Cancel. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app go to Profile → Delete account. If you no longer have the app, use our delete-account page. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted and what is kept.
Is it safe to talk to strangers?
Other learners see only your display name and English level — never your email. Use Report and Block during any call; we review reports and remove people who break the rules. Please don’t share personal contact details with someone you’ve just met.
